Everything. Stay away! Senior leadership/HR/C Suite Team does not value their employees unless you are from an Ivy League institution! We are losing great employees to larger companies! Working here is like being in an abusive relationship. No matter how hard you try to fix it and look over it’s flaws, they continue to beat you down.
