There aren't a lot- some seasons you have long hours but that is just how it is when you work in the agriculture industry!

If you’re looking for a company to spend time to train you look elsewhere. I was 30 days into this job with no training provided and a clique environment when I was told I was fired that ‘I’m not professing in the time they had hoped for’ I was employed for 30 days.

No training. Management is not there for you.
