      Pros

      Huge upside with compensation, freedom, autonomy. Career velocity is probably the highest in the business. Lots of great people across the company who extend opportunities to others. Might be the best firm in the states to join after college to build experience and develop skills as a consultant. KHA provides a wonderful place for mid/senior level engineers who feel left behind in their careers.

      Cons

      Is tailored for engineers who function like bankers, can be harsh for engineers who like the technical side of the business. This is intentional.

      Pros

      Great total rewards package - retirement, profit sharing, and bonus incentives are unmatched Great place to work if you are looking to grind and retire early Rewarded for non-billable time

      Cons

      Health care is not great Very limited organized training for non-engineering fields (very disorganized) Shareholders have little to no consequences for poor behavior Practice builders (ie Project Managers) are allowed to operate their practice however they please so your experience (good or bad) will vary based on who you work with
