Pros
The in-office benefits are great. Good (free) food, nice gym facilities, state of the art facilities. Pay is competitive. Benefits are par. Still going strong with hybrid and not pressuring folks to go on site fully in-office.
Cons
The partnership structure makes many people feel like mini-CEO's. Lack of top/down leadership. Whoever has the highest title in the room is the most "important". Diversity is a problem, not unlike many other big law firms. Their political affiliation aligns with whoever is in power at the time and they will take money from whoever (and I mean whoever) will give it to them. They don't truly abide by a moral code.
