Pros
Great pay, like unbeatable. No one can match it without being salary. Pretty easy for what it is, especially physically. Customer service sup is the only easy lead position though and thats IF you have the charisma to sell enough cards per day. If youre the operations mannager I feel for you.
Cons
Credit card pushing gets very depressing, especially since its a boo boo card with a 30% intrest rate, and no customer service help if something goes wrong with it. You have to call these people from India, they're extremely rude and your lucky to not get hung up on. The technology is so cheap the tills crash every nine seconds. There's no good resource to order more of the supplies you need. Everything tech wise feels outdated even though its brand new at our store. And the theft is insane with the company NOT having your back if things go downhill with a theft situation. If you don't have LP in the sore you have to call this company that sends pictures. But if you have a boss that doesnt want to focus or care about the theft, no one will hold them accountable to doing so. This results in Theft becoming so bad that you can't even pick an order for a customer without having to cancel 9 things - which then affects other metrics in the store. If you cancel enough items becuse theyre all stolen, it could cause you not to get a raise every year. Which i believe is happening this year.
