Pros

I honestly wish I could provide something to give but sadly nothing is good working for Robern a division of Kohler.

Cons

My recent experience with Kohler/Robern has left me utterly disillusioned. Robern's lackadaisical approach to professionalism and employmees is nothing short of appalling. From indifferent staff to a blatant disregard for employees work life balance and satisfaction, my experience is a masterclass in disappointment. Navigating their convoluted processes feels like wading through a swamp of incompetence. It seems that the concept of efficiency eludes them, as timelines stretched beyond reason and communication falter at every turn. One can only wonder if they deliberately try to set a record for the most frustrating experience. Their products, touted as exemplars of quality, proved to be nothing more than a veneer of mediocrity. Subpar craftsmanship and questionable durability left me questioning the very essence of their brand reputation. It's disheartening to witness a company prioritize profit over product integrity. In an era where employee and customer satisfaction should be paramount, Kohler/Robern's blatant disregard for this principle is not only regrettable but also a testament to their misplaced priorities. If you're seeking a company that values your time, money, and sanity, look elsewhere. Kohler/Robern is a glaring example of how not to conduct business.

Pros

If you are okay supporting a business that is focused on building wealth instead of developing skills and business understanding of objectives, then you will fit right in as long as you learn two important phrases "Great idea boss" and "Yes sir, I will carry out all of your plans so you will be recognized by upper management". DON'T ROCK THE BOAT!

Cons

I have already posted a con, but noticed another con that other posts point to. I read about disappointment of no remote work anymore. Remote work is difficult; you have a hard time building collaboration, teamwork and trust in a remote situation. But as I look at myself, I am on-site and love coming to work - would rather be around my team and have a constant pulse on the culture where I can address any issues immediately. Ask yourself, other than the loss of commute time and being in the comfort of your own home - why do people prefer to work from home. Many times, it can be due to avoiding the stress and anxiety that exists at work. Now ask yourself, what would make people want to be in the office versus at home. Whether you are remote or in person, not wanting to come into the office may be a sign that you are not happy and lacking fulfillment from your current circumstances.
