Pros

Good opportunity to move within the various industry verticals and sections of the company. Some offices have great leadership if you are fortunate enough to get in there.

Cons

Multi layer managerial leadership and one can get lost in the maze especially when trying to get some form of approval. Over the past 2 years there have been many wrong changes applied to leadership management resulting in loss of good talent. New managers were either not people managers or for that matter even product managers.

My experience with this company has been extremely disheartening and emotionally overwhelming. After giving so many years of my life to this organization, I often felt invisible undervalued, unappreciated, and taken for granted. I handled heavy workloads responsibilities far beyond my position, and gave my full commitment day after day. Yet my compensation never reflected the effort, dedication, and loyalty I poured into my work. Over time, this constant imbalance left me drained, exhausted, and deeply demoralized. What happened after I left only added to the distress. Months after my departure, I received an unexpected message claiming that I owed the company money due to an overpayment. The news hit me like a shock. Instead of receiving clarity, compassion, or even basic understanding, I was left feeling anxious, confused, and overwhelmed. The situation has brought serious financial strain into my life, yet there has been almost no empathy or consideration from their side. It feels as though recovering money is their only concern, without any regard for how deeply this affects someone who has already given so much of themselves.This entire experience has left me feeling unsupported, hurt, and truly disappointed. I sincerely hope the organization reconsiders how it treats both current and former employees, especially regarding compensation and communication. No one should have to endure this kind of emotional and financial distress after years of dedicated service.At this point, I kindly ask that the company stop contacting me about this matter. Please direct any further communication or concerns toward the appropriate parties who are already pursuing legal action.
