Resources and perks overshadowed by poor management and high turnover - Anonymous employee L'Oréal Employee Review

Management is awful and has been for the last few years. Bunch of ladder climbers that in-fight. Attempts at change are half baked and only worsen employee sentiment. Turnover at all levels is high and getting higher. The plant manager only sticks around for a couple years before moving on. The directors that remain are obstinately incompetent. Anybody worth their salt comes and goes quickly.
