      Great job to help you get out of your comfort zone and speaking to people, good sales experience.

      Cons

      Work life balance is awful, under paid compared to direct bosses who are glorified baby sitters, corporate structure changes every quarter, unattainable bonus structure, career progression is nearly impossible, sacrifices quality of their product for profit

      Free access to the gym?

      Cons

      Pressured/forced to come in early without pay. Overwhelming amount of responsibility. Told not to take 10 minute paid breaks. Threatened job security over small things. Continuously adding new responsibilities, tasks, requirements for minimum wage. Taking commission if a payment declines or cancelation within 2 months of earning commission, it is subtracted from your pay or future commission.
