Pros

The interview was pretty seemless , didn’t have to wait weeks to hear back if I got hired or not. The training days were super nice and fun and organized

Cons

They only offered me $17 and after talking to them they weren’t budging on the starting pay even after getting certify it would still be $17 . I left because $17 is not livable wage at alllll espically in 2025 and a parent. I also had to take into account the possibility of traveling for in home client and how that would include wear and tear , oil changes, gas for my car and $17 a hour wasn’t going to cover anything . They had options to move up after like 2-3 months but from my understanding it would only be like a dollar raise. I loved the company and what they had to offer but the starting rate and no raise even after being certified I just couldn’t get behind.
