Pros

Met a lot of great people. Learned a lot and gained good experience, but this isn't the point of the post. This is a response to Tom's post, the CEO.

Cons

It’s easy to put your name on something when it’s a humble brag. This site exists for people to give opinions, their personal experiences, while staying anonymous. Belittling people for having opinions of a culture you created makes you the coward, not the other way around. Your post confirms a bully environment from the top down...and you have a long list of negative reviews to back that up. You compare LaSalle to a military branch in the United States? A law school? Peace Corps? Get a hold of yourself. I’ve never posted because I couldn't care less. I wasn’t bullied and I left for personal reasons, but if others felt they were bullied, they are open to share. I heard about your most recent review and enough is enough. I post now because your comments are disappointing and could result in others not posting their experiences out of fear. I noticed you approved of yourself as CEO, nice touch. I doubt anyone would question whether you think that highly of yourself.

Pros

They were very hands off for better or worse

Cons

I got hired by one of their recruiters to perform IT services at a specific medical center. I was there for one day because of Crowdstrike and never got any follow-ups on if and when I’d return. The recruiter was also really wishy-washy when asking for a straight answer and would even ignore my calls. The company they ended up putting me with would have me doing janitorial duties in their warehouse and, despite several complaints, refused to do anything about it. In fact, I was even laughed at over the phone when trying to voice my complaints. It all culminated with them letting me go the instant I submitted my two weeks with the excuse of “we were going to let you go today anyway.” -They don’t care about employees in the field -The management is so hands off that they aren’t even aware of what’s going on half the time -They seem perfectly fine with an employee in an IT role performing janitorial and handyman tasks -They openly mock valid complaints over the phone -They dodge calls constantly then call YEARS after letting me go for no apparent reason
