Pros

Manager pay is good. Work from home is nice.

Cons

Employees are hugely underpaid. This company will work you to the bone while having you train the people in other countries who will eventually take over your job for significantly lower pay. Upper management is only interested in cutting costs, as is usual for a private equity company. The mental health of employees is of no consequence to making the billionaire board members significantly richer. They do this by raising prices for customers, underpaying employees, and buying competitors only to make their competitive products just as bad as the existing portfolio. Upper management and the C-level suite are out of touch with workers, by design. They literally do not care at all about employees unless those employees are grossly underpaid and in a country where they can be easily exploited. Then they only care as much as they can reap the rewards of lower payroll costs. Also the decisions made by these "leaders" are so opaque, that there may as well be a wall between the VP/Director level and everyone else at the company. They will make decisions that make no sense. They will implement changes designed to milk every last cent out of customers regardless of the contractual obligations they are held by and use their underpaid and overworked employees to gather all that loot for their private equity gods. This company will not value you. Do not be swayed by their "unlimited PTO" and supposedly "great benefits."

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at LeadVenture. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and focused on continuous learning and growth. Leadership encourages innovation and gives employees opportunities to contribute meaningful ideas and take ownership of their work. One thing I especially appreciate is the emphasis on professional development and teamwork. Colleagues are approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help each other succeed. The company also does a good job of adapting to change and encouraging new ways of thinking. I would recommend this company to professionals looking for a place where they can grow their skills, collaborate with talented people, and make an impact.

Cons

Like any organization, there are areas that could continue to improve, particularly around prioritization and communication during fast-moving initiatives, but overall the environment is motivating and rewarding.

Pros

Fairly fair pay. Remote opportunities. When I started there, the culture and outlook was strong.

Cons

Over the past year, the C-suite at this company has ripped apart any main structure or nuance that was working well in favor of chaos. Because of this, company is failing, and their solution is to push out any talented and loyal talent in favor of those who embrace chaos, and won't push back in favor of best practices. Testing and experimenting, while encouraged, is something that the C-Suite has no desire for - what they say goes, and if you question anything, prepare to be put on a list. The only way up is to suck up. They only want subservient employees, and a very clear hierarchical structure, despite consistent messages from C-Sutie that the company is becoming flat. So, if you like realistic deadlines and expectations, clear and honest two way conversations, process, documentation, clear outcomes, KPIs that are consistent with realistic goals, a culture that embraces teamwork and mindfulness and true work/life balance - this company is NOT for you. If you're a glutton for punishment, apply away.
