Pros

Lendbuzz is a great place to work if you want to learn quickly and be part of a fast growing fintech company. The team is made up of very smart, driven people who are generally collaborative and supportive. The company is working on an interesting mission improving access to credit using data and technology which makes the work feel meaningful. There are opportunities to take ownership of projects and make an impact, especially if you're proactive. Leadership is ambitious and focused on growth, and you get exposure to real business problems rather than just narrow tasks.

Cons

Because the company is growing quickly, things can move fast and priorities sometimes change. Processes and structure are still evolving, so there can occasionally be some ambiguity around roles or workflows. Like many startups, the pace can be demanding during busy periods

Pros

I’ve had a good experience at Lendbuzz. You’re not just babysitting accounts, you’re actually building relationships and growing your own book. The product sells, especially in non-prime, so if you put in the effort you’ll see results. I like that you know where you stand with your numbers. They are clear and leadership is pretty accessible.

Cons

Like most lenders, there’s back-and-forth with underwriting on tougher deals, and some processes can feel a bit manual at times. It’s a fast-paced environment.

Pros

The company started out with a good idea for a lending program.

Cons

The company does not understand the business it is in. Leadership does not respect or its employees or its dealership clients. The CSO yells at managers in the sales department, and has constant turn over with the outside sales reps who work endless hours. When outside reps leave, their accounts are give to the inside sales department who work even more hours for less money. The inside sales employees are required to continue working after they leave the office from a 9 hour day. They are told to continue to take calls while they drive home, and then they have to continue to work from home each night until 11pm. The total hours are 13 hours per day 7 days per week. If they do not work these hours, they will be fired. Many employees in the sales department are new to this country, and the company culture is not conducive to giving that department an avenue to voice their complaints.
