      Great benefits. Positive attitudes. Fast paced. Advanced training available. Student loan repayment plan after 1 year fulltime.

      Cons

      Low pay for workload. Not much room for growth. LTG is in Miami and favors locals for promotions. Stuck in position if you work anywhere other than Miami.

      Great culture, great people. Well equipped staff in terms of hardware, software, and etc. Always felt like I was prepared and cared for during my work activities
