Pros
DRS currently has more competitive medical/dental/vision benefits than other large local companies I have worked for. The 401K matching is competitive as well. There is diversity in our employee-base and everyone is treated with respect. If you are a hard-worker with a positive attitude, it gets recognized. The team is gaining ground on more employee empowerment. The current executive Management team has great vision and looking to bring the company is some great directions. Best place I have worked in my career.
Cons
There has been a lot of change in the last few years (top-level management), but the changes seem to be settling down.
