      They are trying ro right the ship as much as possible

      Cons

      No checks and balances when someone makes a decision up above they don't cascade it down. They send stuff to patients before informing the customer support so then they are scrambling.

      Pros

      The pay is great and the IT Director, Software Architect and Engineering Lead are awesome people and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Overall, the people at the company are extremely judgmental and take nothing but your flaws into consideration before casting a negative opinion about you, then assure you that everything is just peachy right before 86ing you. Empathy doesn't exist within the company culture and if you're not exactly like them in every way, you're either on drugs or a "bad fit".
