Pros
The relationships you develop with the residents at LifeScape are the best aspect of working there! While I was employed at LifeScape, it was known as Children's Care Hospital and School. I genuinely enjoyed getting to know the residents and their families and seeing them work hard to accomplish their goals. I had an early desire to work at LifeScape because my brother resided at the 26th Street site, which had an influence on me. The staff members were amazing, kind, sympathetic, supportive, and much more! This is the place to be if you're searching for a fulfilling career that encourages you to support and develop the lives of others!
Cons
I worked for the company for three years, and throughout that time, no staff members received raises. Though this might have changed after I left, I believe that during my time there, it was not offered because of the economy. Although the employees you work with are excellent, I do wish there were more opportunities for team development.
