Pros
The pay is great for administrative support positions. The 401k company match is very high at 10%. When I left HR was finally starting to work on ways for employees to develop and improve professionally.
Cons
Employees are treated like they are replaceable and are not appreciated, no matter how good a performer they are. The philosophy of senior management and HR is to do more with less....which puts a lot of stress on employees. The morale is low. Employees do not feel appreciated.
