General manager on a power trip, does not communicate with employees in a respectful, professional manner; the manager and general manager shunt blame and handle issues and communication with the grace of a rebellious teenager who hates his mom. Generally heinous workplace with no personal responsibility taken by management as well as threats made via text message that if certain quotas are not filled, they have no problem replacing employees instead of addressing underlying problems with management style that clearly cause such issues with morale and turnover. If applying as an assistant manager, do not actually expect to be one, regardless of experience. Day one they will tell you they do not hire as Assistant Managers but rather start as a line worker with an opportunity to move up in months with a pocket change raise, starting your pay at near minimum wage.
