      There were no pros to working here.

      Cons

      Extremely Rigid culture, Employees in the Digital department were charged $2 when your late to work which created an extremely negative environment, they have a strict dress code (because they still think its the 1950s). The company cares more about What you look like and Where you work as opposed to the quality of the work.

      Pros

      Easy job its simple because there is only like 6 major tasks, making pizza, manning the oven, making bread, making dough, cleaning pans and dishes, and cleaning the store. My first job and I was there for 4 years

      Cons

      My location was unbelievably busy. Felt over worked and underpaid. It took 6 months for them to run my raise through after I would press my manager every day and he would press who ever to get it for me. Ontop of the they got a new system, which is fine, but with how busy it is we need extra people by oven and pizza making line. Just a mess and more stress inducing. Couldn't take it anymore.
