Pros
- The 401k company match is rather good, I am not sure about other benefits, such as medical, as I didn't use them.
- Lots of experienced people who love to assist and teach you through things. Overall the Incident Response team is full of good people.
- Growing business that isn't very stuffy.
- Lots of opportunity to grow your skill set and hands on work.
- Managers and team members all wanting to make Lodestone better
Cons
- People are pretty overworked, it felt as though to meet utilization goals you had to work every evening and weekend. Not a great work-life balance despite being a remote role.
- Tools and Tech breaking down quite often causing slowdowns to projects.
- No training for employees going on a few years.
- The salary isn't the greatest compared to other organizations with same experience level.
- Somewhat of a boy's club. Although I personally got along pretty decently with everyone, I personally saw women of same role have more tasks expected of them with less compensation or promotions and communication with those women not the most work appropriate.
