Too much work, too little time

The company offers awesome hardware/software in the automation industry.

The company provided zero training. There was no proper onboarding. Ideas are not credited. Educational/growth requests are ignored. There are no approved opportunities to market and/or network. Management provides little or poor feedback upon request. Management isn’t available or present. Management talked down on counterparts and/or colleagues, creating an unprofessional environment. Management doesn’t stand up for their employees or admit wrong in their poor guidance.
