Pros

Healthcare benefits are great. There are a lot of passionate, hard-working people across the company.

Cons

Great people are leaving, signs of a business in decline. Direction of the company and outlook for the future is bleak. Years spent sitting on the sidelines collecting money and patting ourselves on the back has resulted in the current market positioning and has allowed our competitors to make a big run at our expense. It might be too late to recover, especially if we continue to increase and promote middle management from departments with history of negligence and apathy for the customer experience. There’s a business to run, but without customers there won’t be any business…

While there is career movement, there are limited career paths in certain departments, but hopefully that will clear up with continued company growth.

We love seeing five stars! We agree, we think Lytx has a great team, culture and total compensation package. And it's people - like you - who make it awesome. You're right, as we continue to grow, we expect additional opportunities to become available. We do value career growth, and remain focused on helping employees strengthen their skills and take on new challenges.

Thanks for your candid feedback. We're happy to hear that you value our mission, and working with your team members. You're right, we did retire "Thrive Day," but we continue to encourage employees to create space in their schedules for focused work and balance their time in ways that support both their work and well-being. We realize change can be challenging, and can create short-term growing pains, but we’re committed to supporting our teams through these transitions and continuously improving how we operate to deliver the best experience for employees, customers, and our partners.
