      Stay away there is nothing worth working here for

      Extremely overworked, underpaid, overtime hours meant getting harassed by HR for why you were working over time. Imagine having all 5 project managers come to you at the exact same time demanding something, there was no system in place. They will fire you instantly, it's a joke working here.

      Pros

      MDG Design + Construction is an ambitious and goal driven family owned company with great and compassionate leadership. The office is brand new, and has amenities like a full gym, and things like cold brew coffee on tap, as well as multiple very nice coffee/espresso machines throughout the office that are maintained daily. The work environment is work hard play hard. Everyone is helpful and a true team player. If you need help, just ask and you will receive the tools to succeed. Hard work is recognized and noted, only have positives to share.

      Cons

      Sometimes on Pizza Wednesdays (pizza is ordered for the office every Wednesday) the good pizza finishes if you aren’t fast, but many other varieties are still available. Pizza is pizza at the end of the day.
