Pros
Sufficient time off and you will need it.
Work vehicle (if you can use it)
Training (out of town excursions with a few meetings, Tennessee, Florida, Chicago, California and so many more)
Cons
Too many administrators, everytime you try to ask a question you are sent to another person.
Decisions are based upon administrative preferences not the best interest of children and families.
Job duties change constantly and no one knows if they are coming or going.
An astronomical amount of money is spent on "training" all over the country that would have been better spent saving the program.
Combined this has lead to unsafe practices with children.
