      Management is really positive and is always trying to help you improve. If you’re good, this is the best job in the world. You get real money and management loves you

      Cons

      It’s hard work you’re walking all day getting rejected over and over again. You have high expectations for sales. The weather can be really bad and you still have to work.They also make work from 7-7 if it rains hard enough.

      felt like a family, all smoke and mirrors

      Cons

      Financial issues (massive lay offs 70% of staff) Negligent HR Team (very unprofessional) Upper management DOES NOT care about you (your are a # to them) Does not take care of top performers Can take money from you or fire you any minute they would like (seen it done) Upper management plays pool all day!
