Pros
Great co-workers, including broad range of interdisciplinary team: PTA, ATC, PT/OT. Yearly continuing education courses offered for employees Good clinic hours without the requirement of working weekends or late nights
Cons
Very little growth opportunity - you're either a director or a staff therapist. As a staff PT, you are extremely limited in career growth within the company, therefore experience very little financial improvements. This was an ongoing issue for the particular clinic I was in and was the case for all of us working there. Extremely numbers driven to meet and exceed productivity requirements. As a former employee of 5+ years, I saw this change drastically, for the worse. Being passive aggressively forced to see multiple patients at once took it's toll.
