Thanks so much for your insights! Our company culture is a big deal. We want to have the biggest possible positive impact not only our clients, but also our team and community. Coming to work everyday and being able to do what you love, with people that you enjoy and respect is huge! It can make all the difference in the world.
I can't say great enough things about what I've learned at this job. Handling sales can be a daunting career and especially in transactional sales as opposed to long term relationship-based sales. It's been great to learn and the people I work with are truly exceptional. Benefits of this job are also great. Unlimited PTO is great but working in sales, you are in charge of your own paycheck. Leadership, especially lately, has put in a lot of work to connect with the sales team more and make effective changes for the company. I love getting to help and work with small businesses.
Cons
The base salary is pretty low compared to other similar jobs. It can be tough on slower months but commission is uncapped. There has been a lot of change lately which can be tough to manage. The transitions between sales to active accounts can be hard however marketing for small businesses is a hard industry as a whole.
Working in sales taught me different aspects of how sales are made and how commissions can be earned.
Cons
The leadership has made some terrible changes recently. Their awful attitude of not discussing anything with anyone has led to horrible chaos and endless exhaustion in employees' lives. They also pay a ridiculous amount as base pay. It's demeaning!
