MCHD is a small, close-knitted facility. Laboratory department is very organized and I've observed that fellow colleagues are welcoming and it doesn't take long for people to feel at home in the work environment. Busyness varies depending on the days, clinic, and ER. ER patients often comment how diligent and timely our services are compared to bigger hospitals.
