      Pros

      Excellent pay and benifits. Good ole boy sytem is in place in certain departments. The people are really nice. Upper management try to work with you as much as they can but have responsibilities to Senior management.

      Cons

      Senior management only cares about the bottom line. You can be the best employeee and belong to the family but if sales are down and they cant get their bonus you will be cut.

      Pros

      Long-standing company performance and good people at the core of the company mid management and below.

      Cons

      Culture of the company has truly taken a turn for the worst. Executive C-Suite has lost the spirit of what at one time reflected a people centric company. Evaluate the turnover at the Execuitve level in the last 3-5 years, and the tenure of those executives during the growth of the company. What once was a respected titan of the industry has lost its way.
