      Benefits are pretty good and on-site gym staffed with trainers

      Cons

      Everything from processes and procedures to technology are behind the times. I feel like this place is stuck in the late 90's. There is no opportunity for advancement, no management support, lack of development opportunities, communication within department and outside of the department is non-existent. ZERO flexibility regardless of what they say.

      Pros

      Long-standing company performance and good people at the core of the company mid management and below.

      Cons

      Culture of the company has truly taken a turn for the worst. Executive C-Suite has lost the spirit of what at one time reflected a people centric company. Evaluate the turnover at the Execuitve level in the last 3-5 years, and the tenure of those executives during the growth of the company. What once was a respected titan of the industry has lost its way.
