Pros

People are always there to help with any problems that come up Pay is decent Well maintained equipment, and they don’t skimp out on maintenance. Any issue you have with your equipment is easy to get resolved. Overall a well oiled machine full of people who have pride in their work. I wasn’t always happy with the choices that the company made, but I can at least say their choices made sense to me. I find that to be incredibly valuable and it’s a lot less irritating than half baked ideas to “fix” something that’s wrong. I can fully say that Maverick was NOT guilty of this. Always willing to work with you when you want / need some time off.

Cons

Unreliable home time for regional, but this will be location and account dependent, and where you call home. It’s easier to get to some places than others I’m sure. Welcome to trucking I guess. Tarp pay could be better IMO. Lots of rules. But if you can fall in line and do what is asked of you, you won’t have any problems. I never had any issues personally but have heard from other drivers that they can be hard on you.

Pros

Good training overall. Some trainers are really good.

Cons

Beware of the lies from the recruiters. They will say things that are completely not true. People quitting other jobs for this one just to found nothing they were told to make the decision was true. Pay does not compensate the amount of work you do every day. Communication between dispatchers and fleat managers and drivers is terrible. They just care about making money and not their drivers safety/wellbeing.
