Pros
It's pretty easy to coast here and just collect a decent paycheck. There is little accountability, so you can keep it going for quite a while with very little effort.
Cons
The company is screwed and management knows it. My manager specifically asked my team to write 5-star reviews on this website to combat the (mostly) true negative reviews. That should tell you something about their ethics and approach to solving problems. The company itself is imploding. It just lost its head roboticist and there is a lot of in-fighting. Everyone is looking out for themselves instead of working together. I can't foresee the stock options being worth anything, so don't count on them.
