      The company offers excellent benefits. It provides a variety of departments which allows employees the flexibility to move around the company. The employees understand and respect diversity.

      Cons

      The company offers very limited opportunities for international career opportunities.

      Pros

      Flexibility of work hours due to salaried. (Usually work 9 hours a day anyway.) Can WFH occasionally. Better benefits than many places.

      Cons

      So corporate. Middle management at it's worst, being the bearer of bad news. Constant change without good change management coming from the institutional level and down the pipeline.
