      Pros

      Working with an amazing team that acts like a family rather than just co-workers. Meeting and getting to know your customers on a personal level and helping each one with a smile and a friendly greeting.

      Cons

      There are little cons but the biggest would be not having enough people on staff at busy times with the callouts.

      Almost guaranteed hours Little to no oversight if you know your job and responsibilities

      Managers can be pretty petty Alot of the job is cleaning out of sight but managers think you're just hiding somewhere
