Pay is good for what you do Independence Great managers Great coworkers Great customers They actually promote from within. If you want to move up into a cdl, the path is there. The one thing I loved was you didn’t need to be a kiss up. Do your job and so initiative and you can move up.
Cons
Only 2 cons and they are more of an inconvenience than con. 1. Corporate like to eminent rules are are a pain. Nothing crazy, just makes simple things for complained than they need to be. 2. Not sure what is going on in the warehouse but the turn over on 3 shift is stupid high. Only reason that affects parcel drivers is they are the ones loading the trucks. There will be times when you get there and trucks are on 25% loaded. Only makes the days longer but you are hourly so view it that way.
