Medline empowers their reps to be customer centric and supports the importance of building relationships.
Cons
Pay is declining through draws and territory turnover allows for margin pickup, so it seems that they are okay with turnover. They promote situational success instead of their best employees. Quotas are unattainable, I believe sub 15% and they have no problem writing you up for not hitting quota. If you don’t hit quota there is no career advancement. Lead through fear instead of support.
