      Great health benefits Hybrid/remote opportunities Stock that has potential

      Cons

      Lot of cost cutting which has removed many of the perks that made it an exciting place to work Very limited development & growth opportunities, focus seems to have shifted to hiring external Mission and values largely seem to have shifted in favor of profits

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

      Cons

      The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.
