Pros
Excellent benefits. Good pay. Concierge service is a nice perk. Easy products to sell to people with horrible credit since they approve anyone.
Cons
The Senior Leadership team is the most dysfunctional group. The COO is a snake and will fire you without cause don’t trust a word she says. The CEO makes you recite a prayer every morning and constantly touts the excellent culture (which he bought from a consultant). The culture is toxic people get fired or quit daily.
