Cons
-Upper management is overbearing and unknowledgeable of how to run a professional work environment. -Obsessed with perfection and you will be berated when you fall short. -Work life balance is an absolute joke if you're a manager because they will harass you on your days off about things they can just look up on camera, -They have completely removed school as a “leave of absence” reason, so if you leave and come back you will have to go through the rehire process. -Calling off even one time, they will write you up if you don’t have a doctors note for the missed shift. -Upper management is lazy and redundant, but likes to drive around to the locations and tell everyone off about everything they're doing “wrong” without anything constructive about the criticism. -Company demands that it’s associates stand outside constantly unless it’s BELOW 40 degrees or ABOVE 90 degrees or precipitating. -No breaks if you're not a minor because location managers (not all obviously) will abuse the law and make you stand and serve customers hand and foot for eight-nine straight hours if they can get away with it. All while they sit at their computer in a comfy office chair and do absolutely nothing. -Minorities are constantly given promotions and other such things over white male coworkers, but this is only because they need to make their company look more diverse than it really is. -Locations are chronically understaffed. -Customers are spoiled and company will roll over to perpetuate giving them the princess treatment constantly, regardless of how the customers treated staff.
