      Hours restrictions, Management totally unorganized, Lack of communication with employees from managers/supervisors, Minimal structure for promotions (trial by fire)

      What you put in you receive back, They maintain the family style of ownership and management as best as they can. Co-workers are great and enjoy working with them.

      every place has areas for improvement, communication could improve.
