Stay Away - Anonymous employee Mitchell International Employee Review

This is not a technology company. This is a company that has poor benefits, a company that has a lot of turnover. The company just recently did a training for all employees where they asked everyone to step up because they want to reach 1 Billion in sales and went on for 2 days emphasizing what we as employees need to do but when employees asked what they would receive for the extra effort, they said that we would receive some recognition card saying good job and that’s about it. Management in some departments are rude, and raises are minimal to non-existent. I would stay away.
