If I could give negative stars, I would - Business Analyst Mitchell International Employee Review

Incompetent leadership. They don't value you at all. They are outsourcing 70% of the jobs to India and Jamaica for highly sensitive client services, leaving the internal team to mop up the mess made by the global team. The hiring managers are extremely shady and discriminate based on all of the illegal things (gender, work gaps, etc.). This is part of larger company combined of multiple small companies which equals fractured processes, chaos, and favortism which means the most grossly under qualified people are promoted to management.
