Poorly managed group, unethical people - Manager Molecular Devices Employee Review

One of the worst companies to work for. Poor management- only chasing revenue numbers, lack of sympathy, lack of respect. So many people including VPs and Sr directors have left recently. That should tell you a lot about rotten organization. Compensation isn’t as competitive as other companies either. Very rigid structure.
