Pros

-Technology that used to be incredible, and top of the line (has since fallen behind). -Danaher-owned, so it has decent benefits. -The more woke-minded you are publicly known to be, the better work-life balance management allows you to have.

Cons

-EXTREMELY political workplace, HEAVILY left-leaning liberals (they are not mild here). People of LGBTQ+ are promoted to management positions (within one year of hiring, little qualifications for the role). Veteran engineers are side lined for being traditional, or male. You cannot have any opinions that are against the narrative, you're in trouble if they find out you have a traditional religion. Company does not have qualified leaders running the business because of this. DEI is a thought to consider, not a religion. -This is NOT an overexaggerated comment.

Pros

Don’t have any to share.

Cons

One of the worst companies to work for. Poor management- only chasing revenue numbers, lack of sympathy, lack of respect. So many people including VPs and Sr directors have left recently. That should tell you a lot about rotten organization. Compensation isn’t as competitive as other companies either. Very rigid structure.
