Pros

The residents aren't as advanced in their dementia than other facilities that i have worked at. The overnight shift is very easy.

Cons

Employees call in all the time and you are expected to stay and cover half of their shift. If you are "starred" for that day you HAVE to stay for half of the next shift if someone calls in, or else you will be written up.

Pros

Very great work environment with amazing bosses and coworkers that make working here feel nice and friendly!

Cons

With work being so busy, it can be hard to find time to interact with said coworkers.

Pros

With career considerations, there are no pros to this facility.

Cons

The management staff ruins companies like this. However, the upper-level management's only concern is quantity, not quality. Patients suffer the most. This is a high-risk environment for a licensed nurse.
