*Supported by upper management, all the way up to the owners. They showed their appreciation regularly with things like the annual fish fry which sounds simple but it's actually a nice weekend away from work & you're welcome to bring your family; to boot reimbursement for maintenance employees working outside in tough weather doing snow removal. Also rewarding outstanding employees with company shares, and the President's Club week of recognition & training for outstanding managers. In my time there, a housekeeper who left to persue another opportunity was welcome back in a leasing role, showing they think outside the box & are willing to give you a chance! It's been about 12 years since I left to persue another opportunity & I've interviewed with them a few times since then. I continue to watch for opening & know it will happen in the future, when the time is right. Would love to work with them again.

Can't think of any. Very fair employers in the five-ish years that I worked for them.
