      Pros

      You get your pay on time. They give nice company events. The property manager buys you breakfast once a month.

      Cons

      1. Upper management doesn't have a clue, rules & procedures change weekly. 2. High turnover. 3. Severe micro-management, they don't want you talking to each other, they constantly watching you on the cameras, if you stop working for 2 seconds, their on you. You're not allowed to speak to anyone at the corporate office, 4. No work life balance, the manager is constantly calling you on your day off, want you to work for free all the time, but sticklers for time. 5. Always losing vendors because they never pay on time. Accounting department is incompetant.

      Pros

      - You get to essentially create your own destiny here. It's up to you to put in the work and be driven to succeed. - Great people to work with. Everyone thinks differently and it provides a healthy atmosphere for great collaboration and spurs new ideas. - Being in a small environment allows for more personal support form coworkers. - There's a clear vision. - Work-from-home opportunities. - Always coming together for celebrations and events. - Big company-wide corporate event each year. - Really nice resident events at the communities.

      A lot of work to get done, but it drives you to continue to grow, learn, and succeed.

      Lack of integrity - hiring promises not fufilled on employment. Lack of integriy - allowing their properties to exist long-term with very poor conditions Lack of open communication
