Pros

The pay is fairly decent for an entry level job.

Cons

The company lacks culture and respect for its employees. Management is hardly visible in any branch and they are not given any power to make important decisions that affect their advisors or direct reports. The Ohio Valley Region is run by one guy named Wes out of Chicago who is only concerned with looking snazzy and eating fancy meals than actually making the company a great place to to work. The company technology and platforms are so antiquated. The gime page and all internal emails are focused on AI that they don't bother investing in better systems. There is zero formal training for anyone new - you're pretty much on your own to figure things out. You'll rarely get feedback on how to improve because they don't offer coaching. All around, whoever is running the ship is clearly more concerned with using corporate jargon like "white glove service" and "integrated platforms" than actually allowing either one of those things to truly exist.

Very good co-workers, Great technology stack. Lot of new technologies and integration with current work.

Cons

They dont even give you a MS cup. They ask you to buy it for 5$. So cheap! Management big on "Giving back", Immediate managers do not like it and are not supportive. Lay off employees twice a year to show profits. Only worried about shareholders and clients. Don't know the criteria for lay-off. So, you are always worried if it is your turn. They boast about mental health and wellness. No good, when they layoff employees like this. HR = Horrible Resources. When you are laid off, they shoo you away as if you are a fly. You feel miserable. They themselves say - "We are better than Facebook or Oracle. We dont fire you at 6 AM over email." Gosh! What a comparison!
