Absolutely none, worst place I have ever worked.
Cons
Owner is totally disorganized, you have to train yourself watching videos. Have to fight to get paid, she keeps offering you personal checks claiming payroll is messed up, or needs to save money on payroll. You go weeks at a time long past payroll date without getting paid. The owner lies like crazy, takes off on trips a lot without paying you. She is always late, she's completely skatterbrained, totally disorganized, and an absolute a rip off. I don't know how the Ameherst-Charlton location has stayed in business as long as it has. 100% Avoid working for this owner, you WILL regret it!
